Church Bulletin - August 17, 2025

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our Catechism camp on the theme of the seven sacraments. We would like to extend a special thank you to those whose hard work went unnoticed by the cameras—those who took care of our meals and ensured our comfort at St. Demetrius Church. A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Klym, Sharon Romanyshyn, Carol Basaraba, and Lily Jessop for their wonderful care of the children.
The Fall Pyrohy Supper will be held Sunday, September 28, at St. Bernard’s Parish Center. We will also make Pyrohy at St. John's on Saturday, August 30, after the 8:00 a.m. Liturgy and at 9:00 a.m. at St. Demetrius on Saturday, September 13. Your presence will be appreciated.
Catechism Class will start Sunday, September 14, after Liturgy at St. John’s. We are looking for instructors. Please prayerfully consider serving our parish and children, as well as the future of our church. If you want to take a class or split duties with someone, don't hesitate to contact Fr. Stepan or Emily. If you know families who wish to join the classes, please share with us!
Notice: Fr. Stepan will be away from August 25 through September 5.
