Cemetery Blessings Held Across Our Parish Communities: Remembering the Legacy of Faithful Generations
This weekend, our parish communities gathered in prayerful remembrance of the departed faithful during the traditional cemetery blessings following All Souls Saturday and Pentecost Sunday. On All Souls Saturday, May 23, Fr. Stepan blessed St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Demetrius Cemetery, and the Orthodox Cemetery of Sts. Peter and Paul. Mustard Seed Club Gathering at St. Demetrius Parish
On April 18, St. Demetrius Parish joyfully welcomed children and youth for a special gathering of the Mustard Seed Club. A total of 17 participants took part in this faith-filled and joyful day together. The day began with the Divine Liturgy and catechesis, offering the children an opportunity to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of the life, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. St. Demetrius Hosts Knights of Columbus Council Meeting
On April 8, following the roadside cleanup along Highway 85, the Belfield Knights of Columbus, Council 6310, gathered in the parish dining hall for their monthly council meeting. We are sincerely grateful for their faithful service, steady leadership, and continued dedication to our parish community. Roadside Cleanup
On April 8, 2026, Belfield KofC members gathered for a roadside cleanup along Highway 85. Beginning at St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church, volunteers worked together to clean a three-mile stretch heading south. This effort was a meaningful opportunity to care for our local community and help keep our surroundings clean and welcoming.
