You’re Invited! The parishioners of St. Demetrius and St. John’s are warmly invited to attend Divine Liturgy at St. John’s Church on Sunday, July 20th at 8:00 AM in celebration of Josephine Shypkoski’s 90th Birthday. A celebratory meal will follow at 12:00 noon at the Belfield American Legion Hall. Please join us in honoring this wonderful milestone!
MARRIAGE BANNS: As required by §784 CCEO and §105 of the Particular Law of UCC and the norms of the Church, we hereby publish the marriage banns of the following couple: Mr. Alex Piasta wishes to contract Holy Matrimony with Ms. Hannah Nameniuk. The date of Marriage is July 26, 2025. Anyone who knows of any canonical impediment to the proposed marriage of the couple listed above is requested to inform the parish office as soon as possible.
The Saint Nicholas House is nearly ready, and we’re reaching out for your support to help furnish it. We would greatly appreciate donations of new items, including a small microwave, frying pans, kettles, a crockpot, a coffee pot, or other valuable household items. Thank you for your generosity and helping us complete this special parish project.
