The Catechism Class will start today, September 14, after 10:00A.M. Liturgy at St. John’s.
The Ukrainian-language liturgies at St. John’s will now be celebrated by prior arrangement with the Ukrainian-speaking community, rather than on the first and third Sundays of the month. This change is to avoid scheduling conflicts with our catechetical classes on Sundays.
Hazel, that is coming to the Belfield Theater in October, is the true story of Hazel Miner - a beautiful story of Christ-like sacrifice with strong Christian themes. Hazel was a 16-year old farm girl who saved her little brother and sister during a white-out blizzard in 1920.
