Last Wednesday, June 25, at 7:00 PM, a special showing of the impactful documentary “A Faith Under Siege” was held at The Belfield Theater and Performance Center, in partnership with St. John's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
The film highlights the covert aggression and religious persecution inflicted by Russian occupying forces on Ukrainian Christians in the occupied regions. It exposes the grim reality of torture, the destruction of churches, the life of the underground Church, and the steadfast strength of faith amidst oppression.
For everyone present, the screening was a truly enlightening and emotional experience. It strongly reminded us that the religious freedom we enjoy today is a valuable gift—one that many continue to fight and suffer for.
We express our heartfelt gratitude to all who joined us for this evening of reflection, prayer, and solidarity with our persecuted brothers and sisters in faith.
