On Sunday, December 7, our parish experienced a special moment of joy and celebration as St. Nicholas visited the Church of St. Demetrius.
After the Divine Service, St. Nicholas delighted our children with thoughtful gifts, bringing smiles, excitement, and a true sense of the spirit of Christian generosity. The joy on the children’s faces reminded us that St. Nicholas is not only a beloved saint of tradition, but also a living example of kindness, faith, and selfless love.
Following the visit, the entire parish community gathered in the Dining Hall, where we shared a festive and delicious meal together. This time of fellowship strengthened our bonds as a parish family and allowed us to continue celebrating in a warm and joyful atmosphere.
We thank everyone who helped organize this beautiful celebration and all who joined us. May the example of St. Nicholas inspire us to live lives of generosity, compassion, and faith—especially toward our children.
